The Orion Experience, formed in 2007, is an indie pop group born of a collaboration between longtime friends Orion Simprini, Linda Horwatt and Reef Rox. Their debut full-length, Cosmicandy, made some waves in the blogosphere when the albums lead single, “Obsessed with You,” was discovered by blogger Perez Hilton. Future releases Heartbreaker and NYC Girl were featured on TV programs Laguna Beach, The Hills, Supernatural, iCarly, and Victorious. In 2013 the band released the space-age concept record, Children of the Stars, that coincided with a legendary Off-Broadway immersive concert experience. The Orion Experience, along with artist/producer Orion continues to write, produce, and collaborate with their favorite artists, including drag superstar Honey Davenport and pop/country crooner Bradley Allen, among others.
