The Corrs
The Corrs are an Irish family band from Dundalk, Ireland. They combined pop rock with traditional Irish themes within their music.
The group consists of the Corr siblings (from youngest to eldest): Andrea (lead vocals, tin whistle, piano, and ukulele), Caroline (drums, piano, bodhran,and vocals), Sharon (violin, piano, vocals), and Jim (guitar, piano, vocals).
The group has sold over 40 million albums worldwide since their 1995 debut album Forgiven, Not Forgotten has been released.
A mix of traditional Celtic music with a pop rock twist, The Corrs have written some of the biggest songs of the last three decades: Breathless, Runaway, and What Can I Do.
When performing live, the siblings are assisted by: Anthony Drennan for the lead guitar, and Keith Duffy for bass guitar.
