Born, in Mexico in March 21st, 1975, Francisco Toscano felt his true calling, music, from a very early age. However, for years, he conducted his life away from the spotlight. Choosing to work in the business world, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, then his MBA shortly after.
